Lasciamo quindi la citt\u00e0 attraverso una strada secondaria asfaltata. Alla fine del villaggio, si passa davanti a un complesso di appartamenti allungato tra le recinzioni, dopodich\u00e9 il percorso si snoda nella natura: si cammina su sentieri forestali attraverso il bosco di conifere, con il mare, la scogliera rocciosa e molte baie con acqua cristallina sempre alla nostra sinistra.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-309-1-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-last-child\" data-index=\"2\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>Dopo circa 10 km di escursione (vedi indicatore chilometrico sulla mappa), il Sentier Littoral \u00e8 chiuso per pericolo di frana (da settembre 2019). Questo punto pu\u00f2 essere evitato senza problemi, quindi abbiamo segnalato solo il bypass sulla nostra mappa e nel download del file GPX (cio\u00e8 il tratto tra i chilometri 10 e 11). Probabilmente \u00e8 prevista una riparazione del sentiero - se nel frattempo \u00e8 stata completata, saremmo lieti di avere notizie (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuestenwanderweg-marseille.de\/it\/domande-esperienza-racconti-e-consigli-sul-trail-costiero-di-escursionismo-marseille\/\">Feedback qui<\/a>)!<\/p>\n<p>Raggiungiamo Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer verso l'ora di pranzo: qui ci sono numerosi ristoranti e un piccolo supermercato nel quartiere La Madrague (vedi mappa). Tra l'altro, qui termina il sentiero escursionistico costiero Sentier Littoral. Dopo il bosco, alla prima occasione svoltate a destra (subito dopo il chilometro 13). Quindi svoltare immediatamente a sinistra (cartello Chemin des Baumelles). Poco prima del chilometro 14, si raggiunge il cartello di uscita di Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer e si gira a sinistra sullo Chemin du Pont des Agnes. Dopo aver superato la linea ferroviaria e la strada ad essa parallela, si svolta sul Chemin de la Clare. Questo inizia con un dislivello di circa 50 m a destra, visto dal ponte, e prosegue su una rampa piuttosto ripida.<\/p>\n<p>Da questo momento in poi, l'orientamento diventa pi\u00f9 facile: camminiamo dritti lungo il bordo in forte pendenza della collina che abbiamo appena scalato. Da qui si gode di una splendida vista sulla baia di Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer. La nostra destinazione per la giornata, La Cadi\u00e9re-d'Azur, si trova all'estremit\u00e0 settentrionale della collina. Un groviglio di piccoli sentieri e strade secondarie attraversa questa bellissima zona prevalentemente vinicola. Quale dei due sentieri prendere esattamente \u00e8 irrilevante, basta non scendere troppo a sinistra e tornare a valle. A destra, la strada D266, relativamente trafficata, limita il nostro terreno. Abbiamo quindi deciso di prendere una via di mezzo: poco dopo il chilometro 16, giriamo a destra, scendiamo un po' nella fertile vallata, poi giriamo nuovamente a sinistra al chilometro 17. Dopo 20 km si raggiunge il centro di La Cadi\u00e9re-d'Azur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-309-3\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-309-3-0\"
