Dopo aver fatto rifornimento di acqua e provviste sufficienti per la giornata (non ci sono punti di ristoro o negozi lungo il percorso!), lasciamo La Cadi\u00e8re-d'Azur in salita in direzione nord-ovest attraverso l'Avenue Andr\u00e9 Favory, che si stacca dalla strada principale. Lo Chemin du Stade, che poco dopo si dirama a destra, continua a salire per un breve tratto, ma lo Chemin du Peyneuf, che si dirama a destra, ci porta presto in discesa verso l'autostrada.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo circa 2 km, si attraversa l'autostrada - \u00e8 meglio non attraversare il ponte trafficato, ma passare pi\u00f9 sicuri attraverso il tunnel pedonale qualche centinaio di metri pi\u00f9 avanti sulla sinistra (questo \u00e8 anche il percorso ufficiale del GR 51). Ora camminiamo un po' nella pianura, passando accanto ai vigneti, prima che il nostro sentiero si snodi lentamente ma inesorabilmente su per la collina. Non appena siamo abbastanza in alto, abbiamo una vista in due direzioni: A sinistra, la vista fino al mare, a destra il panorama dell'entroterra con l'imponente stazione radar del Pic de Bertagne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attenzione:\u00a0<\/strong>Il precedente percorso escursionistico \u00e8 chiuso in questo tratto - ci sono state diverse segnalazioni di pastori con cani che hanno rimandato indietro gli escursionisti. Esiste un percorso alternativo parallelo un po' pi\u00f9 a ovest. Questo \u00e8 segnato sulla mappa o disponibile nell'area di download come file GPX aggiuntivo (al 31 ottobre 2024). Solo una volta (poco prima del chilometro 11) attraversiamo una strada di campagna in un avvallamento, per il resto abbiamo la natura quasi tutta per noi. Facciamo un buon tempo e poco dopo il chilometro 18 incontriamo una strada di valico. Lo attraversiamo e poco dopo guardiamo l'autostrada che passa sotto di noi. In discesa, il sentiero attraversa per la prima volta uno dei tornanti della strada del passo. Nella piccola area boschiva successiva, il sentiero si biforca: il GR 51 scende a destra verso Cassis, ma noi consigliamo di prendere il sentiero che prosegue dritto e scende verso La Ciotat, in modo da poter godere della spettacolare escursione sulla scogliera tra La Ciotat e Cassis nella terza tappa, che il percorso ufficiale del GR 51 purtroppo omette.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-312-3\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-312-3-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-312-3-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"6\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>Qui lasciamo il GR 51 e incontriamo subito di nuovo la strada del passo. Attraversate la strada e proseguite su un sentiero che corre parallelo alla strada fino alla successiva curva a 180 gradi. Qui seguiamo il sentiero che porta a sud e che all'inizio sale leggermente. Poco dopo il chilometro 20, giriamo a sinistra, in discesa, in una valle laterale. Qui si incontrano diversi bivi, dove si tende a tenere la sinistra in discesa. In una conca idilliaca incontriamo un sentiero pi\u00f9 ampio, che seguiamo a destra.<\/p>\n<p>Gli ultimi metri dell'escursione attraversano una zona industriale. Poich\u00e9 abbiamo camminato per oltre 22 km e la strada che porta al centro di La Ciotat non \u00e8 molto attraente, consigliamo di salire a questo punto sull'autobus urbano di La Ciotat. La fermata dell'autobus si trova alla rotatoria sul lato direttamente di fronte all'hotel Ibis. Da qui ci sono diversi collegamenti con il centro ogni ora (con o senza cambio di autobus). Nota: nel nostro tour, solo le linee 69 e 72 erano segnalate alla fermata (vedi foto), ma anche la linea 52 si \u00e8 fermata qui e ci ha portato in centro senza
