Il percorso si snoda sulle scogliere pi\u00f9 alte della Francia: una vista spettacolare \u00e8 garantita! A La Ciotat dobbiamo rifornirci di provviste e acqua, perch\u00e9 non ci sono luoghi di sosta lungo il percorso.<\/p>\n<p>Anche la salita vale la pena: il porto di La Ciotat, con le sue vicine e imponenti scogliere, merita sempre uno sguardo indietro. In cima, attraversiamo la strada di accesso alla stazione di segnalazione e seguiamo il sentiero segnalato in giallo.\u00a0<span class=\"has-data\" data-field=\"name\" data-db-type=\"text\">Sentier du Cap Canaille a ovest. D'ora in poi, il sentiero si snoda quasi esclusivamente lungo il bordo delle scogliere, a volte in salita, a volte in discesa. Solo in pochi punti si tocca il percorso panoramico noto come Route des Cr\u00eates per gli automobilisti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il punto culminante di questa lunga escursione ci attende: il Massiccio delle Calanques con le sue baie simili a fiordi. Oggi ci godiamo il panorama da lontano, domani attraverseremo il massiccio all'altezza della Grand Candelle.<\/p>\n<p>Alla fine del tour della scogliera ci incontriamo di nuovo con il\u00a0<span class=\"has-data\" data-field=\"name\" data-db-type=\"text\">La Route des Cr\u00eates e il GR 51, che ora seguiamo fino a Cassis.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-317-1-1\"
