Prima di iniziare l'escursione, tuttavia, \u00e8 bene informarsi se la riserva naturale \u00e8 aperta all'attraversamento.<\/p>\n<p>In caso di grave pericolo di incendio boschivo (temperature elevate o forti venti), l'accesso agli escursionisti \u00e8 vietato! Questo avviene regolarmente tra l'inizio di luglio e la met\u00e0 di settembre. L'Ufficio del Turismo di Cassis fornisce informazioni sulle norme di accesso direttamente in loco e online (Link:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ot-cassis.com\/de\/zugang-zu-den-calanques.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.ot-cassis.com\/de\/zugang-zu-den-calanques.html<\/a>). In alternativa, le informazioni sono disponibili anche qui: <a href=\"http:\/\/cg13.eway.fr\/conditions.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/cg13.eway.fr\/conditions.php<\/a>. L\u00ec, durante la stagione, viene fornita una tabella aggiornata quotidianamente per l'intero dipartimento di Bouches-du-Rh\u00f4ne - per la nostra escursione, la terza voce dal basso \u00e8 rilevante (\"Les Calanques entre Marseille et Cassis\").<\/p>\n<p>Se l'accesso \u00e8 chiuso, bisogna assolutamente rispettarlo: trovarsi in un'area cos\u00ec difficile da raggiungere quando c'\u00e8 il rischio di incendi boschivi pu\u00f2 essere pericoloso per la vita. Coloro che sono stati colpiti dalla chiusura e che quindi non possono continuare le escursioni come previsto, dovrebbero concedersi una notte in pi\u00f9 a Cassis, fare una gita in barca alle Calanques, sdraiarsi sulla spiaggia o visitare una delle cantine di Cassis (maggiori informazioni qui): <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ot-cassis.com\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.ot-cassis.com\/de\/<\/a>). Chi fa escursioni tra ottobre e fine maggio \u00e8 al sicuro: la legge, in base alla quale l'accesso pu\u00f2 essere regolamentato, \u00e8 applicabile solo tra il 1\u00b0 giugno e il 30 settembre.<\/p>\n<p>L'itinerario escursionistico di oggi ci porta prima lungo il porto naturale del Calanque de Port-Miou e poi sul GR 51 nella riserva naturale. Ci sono alcuni saliscendi e alcuni metri di altitudine da superare. Ma lo sforzo \u00e8 ricompensato nelle giornate limpide con una vista a 180 gradi su tutta la costa: a est si vedono le scogliere rossastre di Cap Canaille, mentre sulla destra si staglia la sagoma di Cap Sici\u00e9 (vicino a Tolone).
